Welcome to my 7 Day Yoga Reset. Up until now, I haven’t put together a sequence of videos designed to help deepen a practice. Most online yoga resets and yoga videos lack the safe sequencing you need to get a total body workout. My videos focus on correct alignment and even offer modifications for those of you who are new to yoga. My flow sequences are uniquely designed to set you on a path, re-set your metabolism and cleanse your body.
WHY IS THIS 7 DAY YOGA RESET UNIQUE TO OTHERS?
I have a ton of great videos on Youtube, but I often get people asking me what the next step is. What video should they watch next? This is the first and most complete sequence I have put together, that takes you through a week long program to designed to help you progress you through a full and well rounded selection of poses and exercises to make you feel your best.
NEW TO YOGA?
Lucky you, this is the perfect place to start! Some of the poses might be tough at times, but do what you can, and leave the rest behind. Most important part is to just stick with it.

I have been practicing many of these sequences for years. The brilliant part about yoga is even if you are a seasoned practitioner there is always something to learn and new ways to deepen your practice.
